Duties include carrying out clinical assessments, care planning, delivering training, staff supervisions, and contributing to client reviews and staff appraisals - all essential for ensuring our care services remain safe, effective, and person-centred.Community-based work (2-3 days per week): You'll travel to clients' homes across Nottingham, Leicester, and Lincoln, conducting new referral assessments, spot checks, risk assessments, and competency assessments.
