You will be responsible for supervising care staff, conducting assessments and spot checks, and ensuring that care plans meet the individual needs of each client.Key Responsibilities Carry out initial assessments and create bespoke care plansConduct regular spot checks, supervisions, and reviews with care staffSupport, mentor, and develop care teams in the fieldMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with CQC regulationsRespond to client and carer queries and resolve any issues proactivelyWork closely with the branch team to ensure continuity of care?
