We take great pride in our dedication to delivering high-quality solutions that are tailored to each clients unique needs. ?Roles and responsibilities:Effectiveday to day management of maintenance contracts.Liaise with engineers, supervisors, suppliers and customers to clarify job details and costs.Ensure all quotations are clear, accurate, and delivered in a timely mannerMonitor and action quotations issued, accepted, and in progressAssist with the procurement of materialsPrioritising urgent client quotationsSupport the estimating and operations teams with other administrative tasksResponsiblefor managing engineersdaily.Create harmonised designs that meet programme and budget requirements.Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring effective collaboration with consultants and addressing client change requests.Embrace detailed design levels at each stage, proactively addressing challenges and informing senior management.Supervisingcontract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and governance.Managesites to ensure contracts are completed on time and within budget.Monitorour subcontractors to ensure that we provide a valued service.Produceproject plans.Liaisewith clients, sub-contractors, stakeholders, and employees to ensure smooth delivery of contracts.Coordinateand supervise staff working on projects.Providequotations and source materials.Carryout general contract administration.ProvideRisk Assessment Method Statements for clients.Implementationand management of H & S plans.Toliaise with auditors, providing all information asrequiredand dealing with any queries.Tofollow agreed procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and processes.Identifynew lines of business and tendering for new projects/contracts.It should be noted that the above list of duties and responsibilities is not necessarily a complete statement of the duties of the post.
