This role is ideal for a proactive, organised professional with a passion for developing people, driving high standards, and delivering customer-focused operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Ensure smooth daily transport operations, compliance with legal and safety standards, and delivery of KPIs.Provide a reliable, customer-first service while building strong internal relationships and adapting to evolving needs.Lead and develop a high-performing team through goal setting, coaching, appraisals, and effective performance management.Support business goals by aligning operations, driving improvements, and promoting clear communication across teams.Lead by example with a commitment to self-improvement and continuous developmentfor yourself and your team.Key Requirements:Experience in a transport environment is essential.Supervisory or team management experience (desirable).Strong knowledge of EU Drivers Hours Regulations and Road Transport Directive.Solid understanding of fleet compliance practices.Ability to work independently and within a team.Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.Proven track record of building and leading effective teams.High attention to detail with basic IT proficiency.Qualifications:Minimum of high school / secondary education.Strong literacy and numeracy.CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) desirable Not Essential.Please call Becky or Caitlin to discuss further on 01142425653 Option 3 for more details!TPBN1_UKTJ
