With an immediate start required, this is an urgent hire offering the opportunity to step into a hands-on, commercially-focused role with the potential to become a long-term position for the right candidate.This is a full-time, site-based role and would suit someone who enjoys a broad remit in a growing SME environment where they can make a real impact from day one.The RoleThis is a varied and engaging role that will see you working closely with the Finance Director and wider business. Key responsibilities include:Preparation of monthly management accounts, including commentary and analysisPreparation of consolidated accounts across multiple entitiesCash flow forecasting and support with budgetingMonthly balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysisAssisting with year-end accounts and liaising with external auditorsProducing accurate and timely reports to support operational and strategic decision-makingSupporting margin and stock analysisAd hoc financial projects and reporting as requiredDriving process improvements in reporting and controlsYoull be part of a close-knit finance team, and your input will directly support the leadership team in decision-making and performance tracking.The PersonThis role will suit a proactive and adaptable individual who is ready to hit the ground running. The successful candidate will be:Fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or qualified by experienceExperienced in producing management accounts, ideally within an SME or multi-entity businessStrong with systems and ExcelCommercially minded with good communication skillsAble to start immediate and commit to a site-based roleWhats on OfferSalary between 50,000 - 60,000depending on experienceFull-time, site-based role in Rotherham with some flexibility around hoursPotential for the role to develop into a long termpositionSupportive and friendly team environment with opportunities to add real valueTPBN1_UKTJ
