We are looking for a natural leader who can lead a team in an office or process-driven production environment.As a senior operative, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific team, ensuring that work is carried out to production targets, job specifications and quality standards. You will assist the Supervisors and Operations Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the site in line with customer requirements and Restore Scan policies and procedures.Senior Operator ResponsibilitiesEnsure your team members are aware of their targets and motivate your team to achieve or exceed daily performance targetsClosely monitor and report on team productivity, escalating if targets are not being achievedReport on identifying trends and instigating remedial action where necessaryAssist with day-to-day activities of document prepping, scanning and QA finishing to ensure client deadlines are metSet an example when maintaining the place of work to the highest standard, presenting a professional image to customers, clients and peersEnsure all colleagues are adequately trained and briefed on operating equipment safely, efficiently and correctlyABOUT YOUPrevious team leader experience in office or production environment is preferredTeam Leader skills including motivating, dealing with performance issues, allocating work, etc.Good communication skills written & verbalAbility to establish good working relationships with colleaguesGreat attention to detailPrevious experience using computers experience dealing with Microsoft PackagesBenefitsLife assurance schemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeAnnual Leave entitlementPension %High street discount programmContract Type: Full time, 12 month FTC Hours: Monday to Friday -2:00pm - 10:00pm All candidates MUST have a valid UK licence TPBN1_UKTJ
