Youll be responsible for sourcing high-value materials and services, supplier management, cost optimisation, and driving continuous improvement.Youll also line manage an Assistant Buyer and a Purchasing Administrator and play a key role in the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365.Key Responsibilities:Manage procurement of high-value materials, goods and servicesLead and develop two direct reportsDeliver cost savings, supplier performance, and risk managementSupport Dynamics 365 implementation and procurement data accuracyCollaborate with internal stakeholders to meet operational needsMonitor KPIs, prepare reports, and maintain procurement documentationWhat We're Looking For:5+ years in a Senior Buyer, Buyer, Purchasing Manager or Supply Chain Manager role within manufacturingStrong MRP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)CIPS qualification is desirableProven negotiation, leadership and supplier management skillsAnalytical, methodical and highly organisedThis is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a key role with genuine career progression.Apply now to take the next step in your buying career.TPBN1_UKTJ
