Job title : Project Engineer - Rail TrackScroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.Type : ContractLocation : SizewellRate : Dependant on experienceJob Reference : JHPERoleAs an project engineer you will be expected to co-ordinate Permanent Way aspects of construction and associated works with the other disciplines and to deliver construction work safely to the level of quality expected by the company.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Design of horizontal and vertical track from data as a PECarrying out analysis, prepare plans/programmes, detailed site/track/topographical surveys, review or check Particular Specification, designs or estimates, undertake detailed planning, site visits and progress work as directedControlling onsite technical activities and quality control.Essential requirements:Education to HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent suitable experience ideallyComprehensive understanding of permanent way and related engineering principles, including interfaces between disciplines.Project engineering experienceSafety Management training.Good knowledge and understanding of track standards, processes and procedures.For full details and to be considered for this exciting opportunity please apply or contact Josh Hill at advance TRSWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
