You'll be delivering person-centred care to individuals living with a range of conditions, such as spinal injuries, brain injuries, degenerative disorders, or long-term physical disabilities.This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives while working with a reputable care provider that puts both clients and carers at the heart of everything we do.Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialist care based on individual client care plans, including:PEG feeding, catheter care, tracheostomy care, ventilator support, or epilepsy management (depending on client needs)Support with personal care, mobility, medication, and emotional wellbeingWork collaboratively with family members, nurses, and other professionalsRecord care accurately and report any concerns or changes promptlyPromote independence, dignity, and respect at all timesAssist with social engagement and daily living activitiesWhat We're Looking For: At least 6 months of professional care experience (complex care preferred)A compassionate and reliable approach to supporting vulnerable individualsExperience with clinical tasks such as tracheostomy, suctioning, or PEG (training may be provided)NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete)A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is advantageousA clear Enhanced DBS check (we can help with this)Eligibility to work in the UKWhy Join Nurseplus?
