This role is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals with a strong background in track engineering, construction methodologies, and rail renewals or enhancement works.Responsibilities: Analyse track drawings and contribute to construction planning and methodologiesDevelop RAMS, WPPs and task briefingsSupport the production of construction programmes, train plans, and staging diagramsOversee survey equipment logistics and undertake on-site setting out and survey worksProduce stress plans and manage technical assurance forms (TEFs)Ensure site compliance with technical and safety standardsParticipate in safety inspections and lead site briefings on methodology and planningRequired Experience: Strong working knowledge of Network Rail track standards and rail construction practicesHands-on experience with surveying, setting out, tamping, and use of Trimble SPS930 / GPS equipmentExperience with construction volume calculations and material planning (ballast, type 1 etc.)Familiarity with Health and Safety at Work Act and CDM regulationsProficient in project planning tools and documentation productionDesirable Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years' experience in track engineeringPTS certification and Stressing CertificateExperience using Microsoft ProjectHND, HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMembership of PWI, ICE, or similar institutionCandidates must hold a full UK driving license and be comfortable working in a dynamic rail environment.TPBN1_UKTJ
