Please note that our client is currently only accepting applications from candidates living within the UK and there are no sponsorship options available currently Responsibilities and duties of the Technical Sales Engineer roleReporting to the Managing Director, you will:Acting as the main liaison between External Sales, Customers and ProductionUse of in-house pump selection and pipework sizing software to specify pumps, macerators and grinders to suit customers' requirementsUse of Salesforce and ProAlpha ERP system for managing the Enquiry - Equipment Selection - Quote - Order - Delivery processCollaborate with design department to develop solutions for non-standard applicationsOccasional site visits to support External Sales personnel and customersProvide technical and operational support to Spare Parts Sales and Service Dept. as requiredTo be within commutable distance of the head office in CreweOther duties as requiredProfessional qualificationsWe are looking for someone with the following:A recognised Engineering qualification/certificate is preferred or proven technical experienceUK Driving LicencePersonal skillsThe Technical Sales Engineer role would suit someone who has:Strong technical understanding of positive displacement pumps and pipework systemsExperience of technical salesKnowledge of Wastewater, Biogas and / or Agriculture sectorsStrong commercial awarenessSalary and benefits of the Technical Sales Engineer roleA starting salary of between 30,000 to 40,000 (depending on experience)Annual bonus schemeExcellent training opportunitiesThe opportunity to work with an industry leading business with the Biogas, Water Treatment and Agriculture sectorINDRENAstute People are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
