As a British manufacturer of premium, made-to-measure kitchens, they're proud to be trusted by homeowners, developers, and architects across the UK.Their Contracts Division supports high-end property developments, working closely with architects and interior designers to deliver elegant, bespoke kitchens on a large scale.About the RoleThey're seeking a Contracts Kitchen Designer to join their fast-paced Contracts team at their Nottinghamshire headquarters.This role is purely design-led no sales targets, no project management, and no site visits. You'll focus on what you do best: designing beautiful, practical kitchens with precision and flair.Reporting to the National Contracts Sales & Operations Manager, youll handle a high volume of design briefs, turning developer specifications into fully detailed technical packs using Compusoft Winner.What Youll Be DoingDesigning bespoke kitchens to brief using Winner softwareProducing professional presentation packs and detailed technical documentationManaging design revisions as developer specifications evolveSubmitting accurate kitchen orders to our in-house factory teamEnsuring all designs meet regulatory requirements and brand standardsCollaborating with the Contracts team to deliver outstanding service and qualityWhat Were Looking For2+ years of experience in kitchen design using Compusoft WinnerA methodical, detail-oriented approach to high-volume design workStrong spatial awareness and an eye for visual and technical accuracyConfidence in handling multiple briefs in a fast-paced environmentA natural team player who values collaboration over competitionA passion forgetting it right no sales, no upselling, just exceptional designPerks & BenefitsCompetitive salary: 25,000 30,000, depending on experienceEmployee discount on their premium kitchensFree on-site parkingSupportive, close-knit team environmentStandard MondayFriday schedule enjoy your evenings and weekends!Ready to focus purely on design, not sales?
