With a patient-first ethos, modern facilities, and a supportive senior team, theyre now looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager or the right Scrub Nurse with potential, independence, and drive to take the reins.The RoleYoull oversee clinical delivery across a range of minor surgical procedures including dermatology, ENT, gynaecology, and aesthetics. This is a hands-on role leading a theatre team while supporting the clinics daily operations, compliance, and service improvement.If you're a scrub nurse stepping up, full training and development will be provided.What youll need is confidence, capability, and the hunger to grow with the business.Key Responsibilities Include:Theatre & Clinical DutiesAct as lead scrub during outpatient surgeries and diagnostic proceduresOversee preparation, aseptic technique, and patient safety protocolsEnsure compliance with WHO checklists and best practice guidanceLeadership & ManagementSupervise, support, and mentor the nursing teamManage rotas, onboarding, and staff trainingMaintain a positive team culture focused on high standards and continuous improvementOperational OversightLiaise with consultants and senior managers on service planningEnsure appropriate staffing, stock, and equipment availabilityAssist with launching new services and driving growthCompliance & GovernanceUphold CQC standards, IPC protocols, and Health & Safety regulationsLead incident reporting, clinical audits, and quality assurance processesPatient ExperienceAct as an escalation point for feedback and concernsSupport a smooth, respectful, and patient-led service from start to finishWhat Were Looking ForNMC Registered Nurse (RGN) essentialProven scrub/theatre experiencein an outpatient or day-case settingEither:Current Clinical Nurse Manageror team lead experience ORA capable Scrub Nurseready for training and progression into the roleIf applying as a Scrub Nurse stepping up, you will also need:Confident IT skills (particularly Microsoft Office)A self-starter mindset proactive, organised, and solutions-focusedStrong communication skills and a drive to help the business growHours, Salary & BenefitsUp to 54,600(DOE and depending on contracted hours)2437.5 hours per week flexible part-time/full-time options availableSome evenings and Saturdays required, but never later than 8pmNo Sunday work25 days annual leave(rising with service) + bank holidays (pro rata if part-time)Death in Service scheme(non-contractual)Pension scheme(salary exchange, opt-out available)On-site gym facilities+ discounted membershipPrivate medical schemeafter 2 years serviceTPBN1_UKTJ
