In 2024 alone, they processed 1,000 CAD files, printed 3,000 parts, and used 300kg of resindriving innovation across all UK sites.Key Responsibilities: Youll be hands-on throughout the full 3D printing lifecyclefrom reviewing print requests to post-processing and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include:Preparing and programming print jobs using Materialise MagicsOperating and maintaining Stratasys Neo 450s printersPerforming post-processing (washing, curing, sanding, coating, etc.)Managing consumables and coordinating maintenanceSupporting safety, housekeeping, and process improvementsCommunicating updates and maintaining print schedulesWhat Do You Need? Were looking for a Manufacturing or Process Engineer with experience in 3D printing, CAD, prototyping, or tooling. Youll need:Strong attention to detail and communication skillsProficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPointA proactive mindset and willingness to support innovationWhy Join?
