The ideal candidate will demonstrate a background in Electrical & Fire Installations with a proven track record in commercial projects.Key Responsibilities:Installing electrical and fire detection and associated systems, ensuring adherence to specified project requirements and British Standards.Maintaining continuous communication with the Project manager responsible for project delivery.Effectively communicating with customers.Key Competencies:Hold qualifications of the understanding of BS5839.Time served qualified electricians with an understanding of the IET wiring regulations to BS7671 to 18th edition.Have ECS Gold card and/or an ECS Fire related (FESS) card.Proficient in installing a fire detection and alarm system in line with manufacturers' recommendations.Proficient in installing electrical systems in line with BS7671.Ensuring that installed drawings match the finished project and communicating any variances to the Project Manager.Fully testing every aspect of the systems installed.Demonstrating a logical approach to system fault diagnosis and rectification.Understanding different types of cable containment systems.Interacting professionally with customers, end-users, construction personnel, and in-house staff.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Must have a full UK driving license with less than 6 points.Must have a clear DBS check.Vacancy can involve working away.Vacancy can involve nights.Vacancy can involve long hours.You must have drive and determination to work on projects nationwide.If working away, doing nights and overtime is not for you, please do not apply.IPAF (desirable)At least 5 years experience after gaining qualificationsWhat we are offering:Competitive Salary (36k 46k) Negotiable dependent upon experience.Company vehicle provided (Once probation period complete).Company phone provided (Once probation period complete).Secure Employment with an ever-growing businessSES LTD uniform issued Workwear & all necessary PPENormal Hours of Employment are 7.00 am 5.00 pm (Core Hours), Monday to Friday, where 1 hour may be taken for Rest.28 Days holiday including bank holidays5 Additional days holiday a year if requested, unpaid.Opportunity to progress within the company and be a key member of staffTraining and further educationJob Type: Full-TimePay: 36k-46k per year.Additional pay:Performance bonusBenefits:Company vehicleCompany pensionSchedule:Monday to FridayOvertimeEducation:GCSE or equivalent (preferred)Work Location: On the road/NationalTPBN1_UKTJ
