Using your excellent IT skills, you will maintain accurate records of student progress via tracking systems and e-portfolios.You will need to be able to build good relationships, manage a caseload of apprentices and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and organisations.Skills and QualificationsBe a confident tutor who can teach and engage with a wide variety of learners and bring the subject matter to life in a creative and engaging way.Experience in creating and delivering programmes within the Business and Management sector.An Assessor Award.Be a highly qualified individual within the Business and Management sector and have current experience at managerial level.A teaching qualification or the willingness to work towards.An IQA qualification is desirable.Excellent IT skills.English and maths at level 2 (GCSE or equivalent).Management qualification at level 5 or above.Department InfoAs part of the department of Work based Learning you will report directly to the Curriculum Team Leader/Curriculum Manager.
