Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing property development and management company based in Bath.The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.They are looking for a confident and capable Property Manager to join their expanding team.DAY TO DAY: Manage a portfolio of 150 properties Act as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors Handle deposit returns and negotiate end-of-tenancy issues Conduct property check-outs and inspections Ensure compliance and manage invoices and bills WHAT WED LOVE TO SEE: Previous property management experience (student lettings experience a plus) Highly organised with excellent time management skills Strong written and verbal communication Ability to stay calm under pressure and take initiative Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable mileage paid) AND IN RETURN: Up to 30,000 (depending on experience) 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Performance bonus Company pension scheme Private medical insurance Sick pay Casual dress and company events Cycle to work scheme Free on-site parking If you're ready to take the next step in your property career and join a supportive, forward-thinking team, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
