Engineering Shift Manager Co TyroneMake sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.Were hiring on behalf of a leader in the food manufacturing industry, for a hands-on Engineering Shift Manager to join their team at the site in Co Tyrone.In this role, you'll take charge of a skilled maintenance team, driving performance, reducing downtime, and ensuring compliance and safety across all site services and process areas.What you'll be doing:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of engineers and apprenticesOversee maintenance schedules using SAP and ensure timely job completionMonitor budgets, manage spare parts, and ensure contractor valueIdentify root causes of downtime and implement solutionsEnsure all safety, compliance, and environmental standards are metPlay a key role in training, development, and succession planningYoull need:NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)Proven team leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing settingStrong focus on safety and continuous improvementExcellent communication and organisational skillsComputer literacy, including SAP (desirable)Experience in food processing or FMCG is a strong advantageShift pattern: Includes 1 in 4 weekend coverThis role offers a competitive salary & benefits package.
