Located in one of the most iconic areas of Central London, we combine modern diagnostics, same-day results, wellness services, and a highly personalised approach.We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator (Phlebotomy & IV Therapy) with cannulation experience to join our team. This is a front-facing, key role that combines patient interaction, IV therapy, and general clinic support. Were looking for someone confident, organised, and friendly who can take ownership of the front-of-house clinical flow while delivering a seamless patient experience.What Youll Be DoingThis is a dynamic and varied role with both clinical and administrative responsibilities. You'll play a central part in our patient journey, including:Phlebotomy: Performing blood draws with skill, professionalism, and careCannulation & IV Therapy: Setting up and monitoring IV infusions for wellness treatments (must have proven cannulation experience)Front of House Lead: Welcoming patients, managing the waiting area, and coordinating with the clinical team for a smooth patient flowReception Support: Handling calls, scheduling appointments, responding to patient queries (especially during busy periods)Clinical Room Prep: Keeping treatment rooms tidy, well-stocked, and ready for useDiagnostic & Wellness Assistance: Supporting with sample handling, data entry, and assisting in wellness-related servicesTeam Collaboration: Working closely with doctors, nurses, and admin to ensure an exceptional patient experienceWhat Were Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in a clinical admin / phlebotomy roleMust be certified and experienced in cannulationConfident setting up and monitoring IV dripsFriendly, patient-focused, and highly professionalAble to take initiative and manage front-of-house clinical operations independentlyStrong communication and organisational skillsEligible to work in the UKWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (based on experience)Generous benefitsExcellent holiday allowanceOngoing training and development opportunitiesBeautiful work environment in a high-end Central London clinicSupportive, welcoming team and leadershipA role with responsibility, trust, and real growth potentialIf youre a confident phlebotomist with cannulation skills who thrives in a polished, professional, and patient-first environment, wed love to hear from you.
