Now Hiring: AV Technician - Live EventsIf you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.Location: Newark-on-TrentSalary: Up to 32,000About the RoleAs an AV Technician, youll be involved in the build, setup, and operation of AV equipment for installations and live events across a wide variety of venues.Key responsibilities include:Installing, setting up, and operating AV equipment audio, lighting, video, rigging, and stagingWorking onsite at events across the UKSupporting pre-builds, prep, and kit maintenanceAssisting with design and planning alongside the projects teamLearning and operating industry-standard software and equipmentHelping develop and manage the companys AV inventorySupporting warehouse operations and logisticsWhat Theyre Looking ForSolid understanding of AV tech lighting, LED, video control, rigging, staging, etc.Comfortable with fault finding and basic repairsGood communication skills and a hands-on, can-do attitudeA team player who also works well independentlyStrong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesGCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)Full clean UK driving licenceBonus skills (not essential):Experience with MS Office and stock control systemsFamiliarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, etc.)????Location & FlexibilityThis role is based in Newark involves travel and occasional evening/weekend work.
