To keep delivering this personal touch as we grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to join us in conducting system demos and having great conversations with potential customers.About the roleAs a Business Development Specialist, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional product demos and guide prospective customers through the early stages of their Carebit journey.You’ll conduct at least three demos daily, four days per week, ensuring every lead receives a prompt response, an accurate and engaging demo, and a seamless experience.You'll work closely with the Head of Growth & Operations to keep the pipeline moving, track conversions, and ensure all CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.What you'll doConduct three system demonstrations per day, across four working days per weekFollow up promptly with all leads—via email, phone, or Google MeetSet up demo accounts with the correct details and ensure they’re ready ahead of each sessionTailor each demo to the prospect’s needs and specialty (training provided)Ensure Attio CRM is fully updated at every stage (lead → demo → sign-up)Assist in converting demos to sign-ups by providing clear, timely, and useful follow-upsWork closely with the Head of Growth & Operations to track and optimise demo performanceFlag high-priority or complex opportunities for senior involvementMaintain professionalism, product confidence, and Carebit’s warm, efficient tone at every touchpointWhat we're looking forMust-haveExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong organisation and time management—able to manage at least 3 demos per day and follow-up activity reliablyExperience working in or with private medical practices in the UK healthcare sectorConfident with video calls, digital tools, and CRM systems (Attio or similar)Customer-focused, friendly, and solution-orientedComfortable with fast turnaround and high demo volumeNice-to-haveExperience in SaaS, Healthtech, or healthcare sales/supportPrior experience conducting software demos or customer onboardingBenefits£32,000 – £36,000 base salary + discretionary bonusFlexible, remote-first working (UK-based)Full product training and structured demo support materialsOpportunity to grow into a more senior roleBe part of a fast-growing, mission-driven health tech teamWe are ready to hire now!
