Your new role As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of bag sealing machines across the UK and internationally. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective technical support, while also contributing to sales growth by promoting equipment and consumables. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires a proactive and technically skilled individual.
