Working cross-functionally, you’ll ensure that Weber’s innovations resonate in each market, while maintaining consistency and excellence in our brand execution.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify key consumer segments and tailor campaigns and product launches for the EMEA regionProvide strategic input into product lifecycle planning and launch initiativesCollaborate with Product Management and Global Marketing to align positioning, messaging, and assetsDevelop full-funnel content and product stories that bring our USPs to lifePartner with Retail Marketing on best-in-class POS and ePOS executionsTake the lead on Amazon Marketplace optimization across product listings, SEO, content, and performance analyticsCoordinate and execute campaign production including photo and video shootsAnalyse performance across regions and adjust strategy based on insights and sales dataDeliver regular reporting on campaign ROI, product sales, and competitive performanceSupport annual retailer sell-in processes with compelling presentations and assetsCo-lead the development of our biggest trade show presence, showcasing new products and innovationsManage the EMEA product content budget and agency relationshipsEnsure brand consistency and alignment with global and local teamsPartner with Branded Channels to ensure product storytelling reaches all owned platformsProvide support and guidance to local Brand Activation teams to ensure consistency across marketsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:5+ years in product marketing, ideally in consumer goods or lifestyle brandsStrong grasp of Amazon Marketplace performance and content optimizationDemonstrated success in launching marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategiesFluent in English and German (additional languages like French or Italian are a plus)A university degree or equivalent professional experienceStrong project management and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office; experience with Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM tools is a bonusExcellent communication and collaboration skillsCreative mindset with strong analytical thinkingWHY JOIN WEBER?
