Electrical Estimator / Senior Electrical EstimatorAbout the Role: We’re working with an established and growing building services contractor with over 15 years in the industry. They specialise in high-end residential and commercial projects across London and are now looking for an Electrical Estimator to support their expanding workload. This is a key role in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.Key Responsibilities:Review drawings, specifications, and project documentationComplete accurate take-offs and highlight risk itemsSend enquiries to subcontractors and suppliersIssue RFIs where necessaryUse Cypher estimating software (training provided if needed)Prepare tender letters and summariesSupport value engineering where appropriateAttend site visits and tender meetingsComplete full project handovers to delivery teamsVet subcontractor quotationsAssist with large variations if requiredWhat We're Looking For:Strong knowledge of electrical installations, ideally within residential or commercial sectorsMinimum 3 years of experience in electrical estimatingComfortable working with Microsoft Outlook and ExcelExperience using Cypher is desirable but not essentialTrade background (apprenticeship or hands-on experience) is a plusPackage & Benefits:£50,000–£65,000 salary (depending on experience)Annual performance bonus22 days holiday, increasing by 1 day each year up to 30 daysAdditional half-day off on your birthdayCompany iPhone and laptopRegular team socials including summer and Christmas parties
