Ascent Recruitment is pleased to be exclusively supporting a fantastic business in Blackburn in its search for a Senior Finance Business Partner.This is a high-impact, senior-facing role focused on partnering with key stakeholders, improving processes and data, managing a small commercial team, and driving business performance.Key Responsibilities:Develop reporting structures that meet stakeholder needs, from area managers to the Executive team, driving cost focus and KPIs.Deliver timely and accurate area-level financial reporting.Provide insightful variance and cost analysis, with clear recommendations.Identify and track performance improvement opportunities.Collaborate with the Finance Systems Manager to enhance reporting tools and efficiency.Prepare reports and budgets for review, including scenario analysis.Support forecasting and planning with the FP&A team.Promote financial understanding among non-finance colleagues.Skills & Experience:Qualified accountantProven business partnering experienceStrong communicator with financial and non-financial teamsSkilled in financial reporting and analysisProactive, deadline-driven, and continuous improvement-focusedTeam management experiencePackage:Up to £75,000 + bonusHybrid working
