We're looking for a DevOps Engineer with a strong software engineering mindset to join our team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing clean, maintainable code to automate infrastructure, streamline development workflows, and optimize deployment pipelines. You’ll play a key role in building the internal tools, services, and environments that enable software engineers to deliver high-quality features quickly and reliably.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to accelerate the software development lifecycleDevelop internal tools and services in C# to support build automation, deployment, and testingRefactor and enhance existing codebases to improve stability, performance, and maintainabilityAutomate environment provisioning for development, testing, and productionSupport migration of workloads to cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS)Monitor and improve build infrastructure performance, helping scale services effectivelyCollaborate closely with software engineers and QA to identify and remove bottlenecks in the dev processInterface with corporate dev services and IT to align infrastructure and development workflowsMinimum Qualifications:A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experienceStrong programming skills in C# and familiarity with object-oriented design principlesSolid experience with DevOps practices and software delivery automationHands-on experience building and deploying containerized applications (e.g., Docker)Familiarity with Windows systems and virtualization platformsA passion for improving engineering workflows and team productivityPreferred Qualifications:Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, TeamCity, or JenkinsFamiliarity with source control and artifact management tools (e.g., Git, NuGet, Conan)Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet)Understanding of cloud infrastructure and APIs (Azure, AWS)Experience with performance profiling and system optimizationMayflower is acting as an Employment Agency in Relation to this vacancy.
