Job DescriptionJob titleData Reporting AnalystReporting toDirector of Operations and ProjectSalary range£27,000 per annum (prorated for 22.5 hours)Main PurposeThe main purpose of this role is to provide data administration, analysis, information management and performance reporting to the PWM Management team.To ensure the business has all the essential data, information and reports to enable effective decision making, maximise business performance and ensure compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and provide monthly reports in line with the Wealth Management’s core meetings (e.g. Academy, Management Meetings, Operations Management Meeting) to ensure the business receives accurate Key Business InformationOwnership of the central reporting of the PWM Scorecard and any other data reportsWeekly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) tracking & circulationValidate data and handle discrepanciesAnalyse data to present insights on areas for improvement and opportunities for business developmentMaintain user roles and profiles within SalesforceOwnership of maintaining the Salesforce DashboardsTroubleshooting any issues/errors in Salesforce with Advisers and AssistantsMaintain and troubleshoot any Salesforce errors to ensure reporting is accurate and any ongoing advice fees that are at risk are managed with AdvisersSupport the transfers of any requests regarding Salesforce recordsRun Salesforce reports as and when required to support Management Information ReportingMaintain Key PWM Reports to ensure accurate client allocations, segmentation and performanceRun MyPractice reports as and when requiredProvide a comprehensive administrative service to key stakeholders (PWM Management Team)Create and provide management information reports on Operational performance (e.g. volumes, SLAs) and Consumer Duty by utilising our systems to retrieve relevant data and present in a format which can be interpreted clearlySupport the Head of Finance with the Adviser’s monthly finance reports (pre & post BSP) by assisting with data entrySupport the Head of Business Development to capture data relating to KPI’s, lead distribution and feedbackSupport other Operational Managers with any business reports and data management requirements (ad hoc reports) as requiredUndertake any other relevant tasks and duties as required by the Wealth Management LLP.Requirements of the Job (including Interpersonal)Previous experience using Salesforce/MyPractice/PowerBI/TableauPrevious experience working in a data administration roleAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsAbility to interpret data and draw trends, insights and forecasts from the dataStrong attention to detail and accuracy of reporting is a necessity for this roleExcellent communication skillsExtremely organised with the ability to multi-taskTechnology savvy and willing to embrace new systems and softwareAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesHas a positive approachHighly motivated, with a great work ethicCommitted to delivering first-class client serviceResilientEffective team playerAccountable for own actionsDiscrete and professional in all communicationEmotional intelligenceAdaptable and flexibleSelf-motivated and willing to work at times in isolation and as part of a wider teamPeople Management ResponsibilitiesNo direct management responsibilities but there is a need to build strong relationships across the business and at all levels.Job KnowledgeComplete all training provided.
