Our ClientA fast-growing, international company operating in entertainment, gaming, and technology is seeking a highly motivated FP&A and Investor Relations Manager to join its team to cover a transition period.In this role, you’ll support transparent and effective communication with credit investors, helping to articulate the company’s financial performance, strategic direction, and market positioning. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in financial reporting, investor materials, and capital-raising initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and the annual reportSupport scripts and Q&A for investor meetings and conference callsCoordinate financial reporting processes across multiple business units and regionsProduce presentations and benchmarking analyses for internal and external stakeholdersDraft and review investor updates, press releases, and other communication materialsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry news to inform leadershipSupport capital raising efforts including bond issuance, institutional loans, and equity-linked transactionsThe Successful CandidateMust be immediately available3+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or a related field OR in a Commercial Finance Manager position with analytical oversight of the whole business, bigger pictureStrong financial acumen with deep knowledge of financial statements and investor needsProfessional qualifications (e.g., ACA, CFA)Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skillsHighly analytical with exceptional attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - strong Modelling skillsA proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressureA genuine interest in the entertainment, gaming, or tech sectors is a plusWhat's On Offer?Immediate start for a 3 month interim, day rate contractCompetitive daily rate of circa £650 - £700 per day (DOE) - Inside IR35, via an umbrella companyOpportunity to work in an exciting, international businessHybrid working - 3 days per week in Central London office
