Wholesale + Production CoordinatorThis role reports into the Sales ManagerMinimum 5+ years’ experience in wholesaleFull time£30,000 pro rataThis role includes but is not limited to:Wholesale CoordinationSeasonal showroom support:·     Pre-season preparation to ensure all required data is correct and uploaded into our systems (Xero/Excel).·     Creation of necessary selling documents, both functional and visually appealing (line sheets / order forms / price lists / seasonal edits)·     Executing our seasonal wholesale outreach campaigns leading into and throughout our showroom timeline. Reaching out to new accounts and reporting to Sales Manager in line with wider wholesale strategy.·     Outreach to new sales agents/distributors in key territories and reporting to Sales Manager in line with wider wholesale strategy.Wholesale administration:·     End-to-end management of admin for wholesale orders (order entry, amendments, OC + invoice creation), ensuring they are accurate and sent to the clients in a timely manner.·     Managing and encouraging mid-season wholesale re-orders/archive orders from our in- house stock inventory.·     Overseeing consignment swaps, RTV and general inventory management.·     Communicating any production or delivery delays or issues with orders to the relevant clients on a timely basis.·     Monitoring the sales performance on client accounts and assisting where possible if performance is not on track.Fulfilment and Shipping·     Physical fulfilment of wholesale orders, including picking/wrapping/packing, creating courier labels and commercial invoices, plus dealing with any additional courier requirements/delays. Dispatching orders in a timely manner.·     Monitoring shipments and chasing any issues to ensure timely delivery.·     Adhering to partner requirements for national and international orders such as incoterms, shipping manuals, EDI, pre-ticketing and product information, collating imagery and RRP guidance.Production CoordinationProduction Support·     Assisting with new production orders; monitoring and tracking, receiving all new stock in and labelling/organising/quality checking as required.·     Maintaining positive year-round relationships with our UK-based manufacturers, ensuring deadlines are met and processes are efficient.·     Flagging minor production issues and delays, and communicating delays to the wider team in a timely manner.·     Assisting with preparing seasonal production/trimming supply packs for new collections.·     Ordering production supplies and e-commerce supplies for peak selling times, working closely with Studio Assistant to ensure all necessary supplies are ordered promptly and adhering to differing lead times.In-House Stock Coordination·     Responsibility for all inventory systems ensuring stock quantities are updated and accurate.·     Ensuring stock is always kept in an organised and presentable way, working with Studio Assistant to adhere to brand standards and guidelines.·     Full update of the stock inventory every season.·     Working alongside Marketing Manager to help coordinate stock requirements for press, events, pop-ups etc.GENERAL:•      We are seeking a true team player who works collaboratively with a genuine ‘can do’ mentality, embracing change and managing it in a way that is positive for the business.•      We are a very small, close-knit team and are seeking a personality who is comfortable with the micro/luxury brand dynamic.•      The role will be based from our studio near Hackney Downs (complete with small office dog), and is a full-time, in-house position.  •      Although the above will be your main responsibilities, the nature of working in an exciting and growing brand means that you will be exposed to many other aspects of the business, with a willingness to collaborate, help the wider team, and participate in other tasks/events required.REQUIREMENTS:•      5+ years’ sales experience in the fashion industry within wholesale, ideally in-house.•      A warm, outgoing individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.•      Luxury brand experience essential.•      Small brand experience essential.•      Great analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.•      Financial planning and management.•      Organisational and time management skills.•      Capable of making decisions independently.•      To have a positive, hands on and “can-do” attitude.•      To have professional self-presentation.•      Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office/Excel experience essential.•      Experience using Xero is a bonus.•      Must align with the company's core values.BENEFITS:•      23 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday offGenerous seasonal employee allowance and early access to sample salesCollaborative and supportive work environmentCompany pension scheme
