They emphasize outstanding patient care and GP wellbeing.Location:Maidstone (South)Your role:This role is ideal for a GP with a special interest in elderly care. You will work alongside another Home Visiting GP in a job-share, leading a small team of Paramedics and Pharmacists to provide care to residents of 1 Nursing Home and 3 Care Homes (total 100 beds). Your responsibilities include auditing and managing home visiting requests, coordinating care with clinical teams, and assessing prescribing needs.The role does not include standard practice clinics; after completing visits and ward rounds, you may assist with signing prescriptions and managing pathology results.
