The Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers must have at least 6 months of experience in care and be compassionate. Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers will help with daily care and are vital members of teams in hospitals, care homes, and clinics. As a Healthcare Assistant and Support Worker, you would work under the supervision of nursing staff alongside other healthcare assistants. With experience, you may participate in training new healthcare assistants.
