The positon is highly likely to become permanent; temporary and permanent candidates are encouraged to apply. Role overview: To support the Head of Department and Wholesale Operations coordinator in delivering on time in full deliveries to wholesaler customers Responsibilities and Duties: • Assist in maintaining orders in company systems ensuring they are up to date. • Complete customer data forms/ keep customer portals up to date • Communicate with customers any changes • Assist with the shipping of customer orders; liaising with the warehouse and creating carton labels. Requirements: • Previous experience in a Wholesale environment. • Previous experience working with wholesalers such as Zalando/ASOS/Urban • Flexible work approach, great communication skills and ability to liaise with all departments • Accuracy with great attention to detail • Ability to remain calm under pressure, managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines • Excellent administration and organizational skills, a keen problem-solver#J-18808-Ljbffr
