Key Tasks and Responsibilities Administration & Data Management Daily download of retailer sales data Management of master data in line with standard process, ensuring accuracy Forward enquiries to relevant contacts Update and maintain attendance logs and contact details Cover reception desk as needed Support holiday cover for the Operations team Assist field managers with booking meetings, accommodation, and flights Technical Support Support script loading in line with client objectives Assist with software issues using Service Now Validate updates to Field Execution Tool via testing Communicate updates and impacts to users Fleet Management Main contact for fleet queries Maintain driver and vehicle lists in C-track Support hire car bookings and management Assist with accident procedures Call File Management Ensure call details are accurate and updated Support call file changes as needed Use Geoplan territory planning tool Reporting Complete basic reports with formulas like VLOOKUP Export data from 360 and prepare for use Account Briefing Support Produce and distribute account activity briefs Compile visual aids and training materials Set up relevant information in systems Client Communication First point of contact for operational queries Manage client operational requirements New Business Support Assist with new projects as needed Client Review Presentations Help build quarterly review presentations Analyze operational data for relevance Create PowerPoint presentations Financials Handle fuel reconciliation, expenses, and driver deductions Manage credit card reconciliations and payroll deadlines Strategic Direction Participate in strategic planning Propose improvements to processes Other Requirements Minimum of 1 field visit and 1 meeting per quarter Follow company policies and health 'safety regulations Complete mandatory training on time Adhere to GDPR policies#J-18808-Ljbffr
