About the RoleReporting to the Application Development Manager – Elastomers, this lab-based role supports innovation projects, customer support, and technical marketing data generation. ResponsibilitiesObserve legislative, safety, and environmental requirements at Warrington site. Prepare and characterize polyurethane elastomer products from Capa polyols, including routine work and method development. Conduct application testing of elastomers and intermediates. Support the Elastomers Application Lab operations, including handling lab requests, inventory, and equipment maintenance. Participate in activities such as sample preparation, new product design, and process development. Adhere to IT and confidentiality policies.
