The post holder will provide a full comprehensive and confidential range of secretarial and administrative services including managing the daily post, emails and typing and preparing routine correspondence and reports. In addition the role will provide cover in the role of a ROCC Manager and RHCD coordinator as required; to proactively monitor Acute Trust capacity and providing a single point of contact for the wider health economy Main duties of the job By utilising GRS maintain staffing levels within the department allowing for annual leave and sickness. Undertake specific projects and relevant tasks including information collection and preparing reports for the Regional Planning Department as required. Ensure confidentiality and security of information at all times. In the absence of the ROCC Manager act up as and when required. Coordinate meetings, workshops and events including agendas.
