This quality bar offers great food in a relaxed environment and is looking for someone hands-on and passionate about the industry to manage the day-to-day operations of their high-volume venue. About the position Overseeing day-to-day management of the venue Responsible for licensing, health and safety, atmosphere management, and team leadership Oversee all drinks stock management, P&L, budgeting, training, and marketing The Ideal Candidate Must love being hands-on Passion for food & drinks – service standards are key Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with significant drinks sales People person, enjoying being on the floor rather than in the office Strong team leadership skills and excellent communication skills; will liaise with street food outlets Strong stock and financial management knowledge Experience in a large London venue or events space is required Due to high application volumes, we may not always provide feedback.
