This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working three days in the office and 2 days from home. The successful candidate will be expected to travel to the London office at least one day per week, which will be paid for by the company. As an Account Manager/Broker Support, you will provide support to our brokers, clients, and markets; fostering strong relationships. You will report to the Broker Support Lead and work closely with our Brokers and internal teams. We will count on you to: Assist brokers in preparing new submissions, maintaining high standards of quality and service. Draft and finalise contracts, endorsements, and evidence of cover, ensuring compliance with Guy Carpenter processes. Build and maintain relationships with service teams within Guy Carpenter UK and globally. Support brokers by coordinating placement activities and meeting quality targets. Liaise with reinsurers, clients, and internal teams to address queries. Manage your portfolio from initial quote to premium payment and endorsements, ensuring client satisfaction.
