Reporting into the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will oversee the ASOS Partner Fulfils Account Management team, driving revenue growth, optimizing account performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.You will work collaboratively across business functions, including Product Teams, Studios, Marketing, Technology, Customer Care & Returns and with our largest external brand partners to deliver ambitious growth and best in class service.Key responsibilities:Business DevelopmentEstablish and grow strong relationships with key strategic accounts, to optimise demand through the partner fulfilment channel, aligned with brand partner and ASOS commercial goals. Drive sales performance through weekly trading, focused on actionable insights from sales data and product trends to trade into opportunities and achieve sales targets. Partner with Product Teams to manage the Wholesale + Partner Fulfils model to optimise brand success, aligning on seasonal buys and prepare QBR framework to reflect on and determine future strategy. Oversee partner lead, marketplace only accounts, maintaining a relevant brand portfolio with local market relevance.Performance OptimisationTrack and report on KPI’s including sales volumes, return rates, and customer satisfaction metrics to assess account health and identify areas for improvement. Vendor management, prepare regular reports on account performance and adherence to marketplace policies, standards and contractual SLA’s. Ensure brand partners and ASOS teams follow onboarding processes to align with retail launch dates, covering accurate middleware data, samples, imagery, and marketing campaigns.Cross Functional CollaborationDevelop and grow network across Studios, Technology and external Middleware providers to challenge existing processes, troubleshoot issues and continuously improve speed to market. Work in partnership with Customer Care to engage brand partners in enhancing the end-to-end customer journey and proactively eliminating points of friction Facilitate the working relationship between our Brand Partners and ASOS Marketing teams to engage in Retail Media and marketing campaign opportunities. Collaborate with Digital and Global Trading teams on promotional calendar and on-site visibility and ranking.QualificationsWe’d love to meet, someone with…Experience: Minimum of 3 years in account management ideally managing large digital accounts in a Key Account selling environment, marketplace experience beneficial. Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Office, experience with marketplace analytics tools and middleware providers. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships and collaborate across teams. Problem-Solving: Proven track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
