Head Pastry Chef 50,000 to 60,000 Service & Benefits Luxury 5-Star Country Estate | Permanent, Full-Time | Commutable from North/West London & Hertfordshire Were recruiting a talented Head Pastry Chef to join a world-class pastry operation at one of the UKs leading five-star properties.In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.This is a hands-on leadership role within a large, fast-paced kitchen, working closely with the Executive Head Pastry Chef to deliver exceptional quality across multiple dining outlets and event spaces.Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day pastry operations across restaurants, afternoon tea, events, and banqueting Develop and execute seasonal menus, desserts, and showpieces using the finest ingredients Train, inspire and mentor a team of pastry chefs and junior team members Maintain high standards of presentation, consistency, and quality control Oversee stock management, ordering, and cost control Ensure hygiene and health 'safety standards are upheld at all times Collaborate with senior chefs on product development and innovation Contribute to a positive, supportive kitchen culture About You: Proven experience as Head or Senior Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel, members club, or high-end restaurant Strong classical pastry background with a creative and modern edge Calm and confident leading a large team under pressure Excellent communication, organisation, and mentoring skills Experience delivering high-volume service without compromising on quality Whats On Offer: 50,00060,000 per annum, depending on experience Additional service charge Access to luxury on-site facilities (spa, gym, golf course) Free staff meals and subsidised shuttle transport Generous staff discounts for family & friends across the estate Ongoing training and development within a supportive, family-owned environment A superb opportunity to join a forward-thinking culinary team at a destination property known for quality, creativity, and scale.Must have the right to work in the UK.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
