An award-winning boutique management consultancy specialising in regeneration and transformation partners with UK councils to deliver impactful change across communities, with a focus on planning, digital, social care, and organisational reform.Like the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description.They are looking for exceptional Consultants and Senior Consultants with strong Adult & Children's Services experience in public sector setting.The consultancy has been appointed as the transformation partner for a large local authority.Following the successful completion of the first phase, they are now in the delivery phase of major transformation programme.The work spans across multiple pillars, including: Adult Social Care, Children's Services, Workforce, EIP, Digital, and Place.Responsibilities Support delivery of transformation projects across multiple workstreams Run discovery workshops and engage with internal stakeholders Manage timelines, reporting, and risk logs Develop business cases, training materials, and presentation decks Contribute to organisational change and service improvement initiatives Requirements 3 years' Management Consulting experience Experience in adult social care AND/OR children's services or local authority programmes Proven public sector transformation experience Confident managing reporting, risks, and escalation High emotional intelligence and sensitivity to safeguarding themes Demonstrated consulting experience with strong workshop facilitation Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills Details Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3 months (depending on workstream), with potential to extend Day Rate: Up to 260/day PAYE (Consultant) | 300/day PAYE (Senior Consultant) depending on experience Location: Hybrid , 2-3 days per week in Central London office and occasional site visits (to be confirmed)
