Percival is excited to be working with The ExtraCare Charitable Trust (ExtraCare) to source a new Chair of Trustees. The Chair of Trustees provides strategic leadership to the Board and creates the environment for Trustees to perform effectively, both collectively and individually, shaping the strategic direction for the Charity and delivering its Corporate Plan. Title: Chair of TrusteesRemuneration: Unremunerated (with reasonable expenses paid)Location: Hybrid - Committees tend to be remote, Board meetings are held in person on site across the ExtraCare locations (England)Time Commitments: Estimated at 12-15 days a year Term: The Trustee term is for three years.The Chair works with Trustees to fulfil the Boards responsibility for setting the strategic vision and direction of ExtraCare in accordance with its mission, vision and values, whilst maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. A key focus for the incoming Chair will be to lead the Board through the development of a new Corporate Plan, supporting ExtraCares next chapter of growth and impact.ExtraCare is seeking an individual with prior Board experience who understands the responsibilities of governance and brings strong, inclusive leadership.
