The Role As Head of Operations, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling the companys operational backbone. You will bring: 710 years of progressive operational leadership, with 35 years at a senior level. Experience in subcontractor-led service delivery and/or the public sector. A track record of implementing systems and technologies to drive efficiencies.
