Key Responsibilities: Advising on mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate finance matters. Working with high-profile clients across various sectors. Managing and supporting corporate transactions from inception to completion. Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to provide a full-service offering. Supporting business development initiatives. About You: Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered). Experience in Corporate M&A and private equity transactions. Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
