Role Overview: As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital assets that align with our brand identity. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to produce engaging content that enhances user experience and drives brand engagement. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, website content, and online advertisements. Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital channels. Create compelling motion graphics, animations, and GIFs for digital platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns. Optimise designs for different devices and platforms, ensuring responsiveness and usability. Stay up to date with design trends, particularly in the fashion and digital marketing spaces. Edit and retouch imagery to align with the brand aesthetic. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Skills & Experience: 4 years of experience in digital graphic design, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles. Experience in designing for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience working with website content. Basic motion graphics and animation skills are a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to take direction and implement feedback effectively. A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, with an emphasis on fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
