Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for B2B and B2C SaaS products within the UK BFSI landscape.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through targeted outreach to banks, credit unions, FinTech's, insurance providers, and consumer segments.Lead the full sales cycle—prospecting, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals for both enterprise and consumer-facing solutions.Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell to existing clients in both B2B and B2C channels.Establish relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs, CMOs, Heads of Digital, Compliance Officers, and Product Managers.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape product messaging and market positioning for B2B institutions and B2C user segments.Drive awareness and adoption through partnerships, events, webinars, and industry forums.Track and report key performance metrics including pipeline development, deal conversion rates, and customer acquisition costsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a minimum of 2+ years in BFSI and SaaS, covering both B2B and B2C.Proven success in selling SaaS products to financial institutions and/or consumer markets in London.Deep understanding of the London banking ecosystem, consumer finance trends, and regulatory environment.Ability to articulate technical product offerings to both enterprise decision-makers and end-users.Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel within the UK as needed.
