With decades of expertise and a strong reputation for quality service, the company is now looking to expand its engineering team due to consistent growth and new long-term contracts. The Role As a Mobile & Workshop Generator Engineer, you'll split your time between the fully equipped workshop in Andover and field-based assignments across the UK. You'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault finding on a variety of diesel and gas generator systems, supporting both commercial and industrial clients. This is a varied and rewarding position ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of hands-on mechanical and electrical work with customer-facing responsibilities. Key duties include: Service, maintenance and repair of generator sets (diesel and gas) On-site fault finding, load testing, and system diagnostics Installation and commissioning of generators and control systems Preventative maintenance and emergency call-outs (with overtime available) Workshop-based rebuilds, inspections and electrical testing The Candidate We're looking for someone with proven experience in generator engineering ideally in both mobile and workshop environments. You should be confident working independently, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to represent the business professionally in front of customers.
