Opus have partnered with a renowned ServiceNow partner who are expanding their consulting & delivery team with a talented Senior Technical Consultant.As a ServiceNow Consultant, you'll play a key role in shaping innovative solutions, lead design sessions, contribute to high-quality technical documentation, and craft detailed user stories that drive successful implementations.This will be a hands on, yet client facing position where you will utilise your platform & project knowledge to liaise effectively with clients & implement best practices 'solutions.This role will challenge you with a variety of complex issues, requiring collaboration and creative problem-solving.
