You will manage a diverse caseload of employment law matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.RESPONSIBILITIESManage a varied caseload of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements, and employment tribunal claims.Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to clients.Handle client enquiries and convert leads into instructions.Collaborate with a team of 12 solicitors, sharing knowledge and supporting each other.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.ABOUT YOUNQ+ Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in employment law, either contentious or non-contentious matters.Ability to manage your own caseload and work independently.Strong client care and communication skills.Self-motivated and organised with the ability to work remotely.Comfortable handling inbound client leads and converting them into instructions.ROLE FEATURESDedicated support including an assistant and full IT support.Provision of equipment such as a laptop, phone, and land-line.Access to high-quality employment law work without unrealistic targets.If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply today or get in touch on the contact details below.
