Job Description

Consumer Additions are partnered with an exciting high-growth DTC brand seeking an experienced, commercially minded CRM Manager to lead and develop the customer relationship management strategy. You will play a pivotal role in managing customer communications across the entire lifecycle—from acquisition and engagement to conversion and retention.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business objectives.Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle communications, including email, SMS, push notifications, and other direct channels.Create and manage automated customer journeys to enhance engagement, conversion, and retention.Analyse CRM performance metrics (open rates, click-through, conversion, churn, etc.) and provide actionable insights.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure CRM campaigns support wider business goals.Oversee CRM platform management and ensure data integrity, segmentation, and compliance with GDPR and privacy regulations.Continuously test, learn, and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.Stay up to date with CRM best practices, trends, and technologies.Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience in a CRM management role, preferably within e-commerce or customer-focused industries.Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, or similar).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective campaigns.Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to enhance customer experience and engagement.Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
