Our customers include fast-growing, security-conscious companies who need a scalable way to manage risk, save money and stay compliant without the complexity of legacy tools.The Role:This isnt your typical SDR leadership role.Youll be Cakewalks first Sales Development Team Lead a hybrid player and coach who builds pipeline through hands-on execution, coaches SDRs in real time and co-creates the outbound GTM infrastructure with the CRO.Youll thrive here if youre someone who loves figuring things out, values action over process and wants a leadership path defined by impact, not time in seat or by the number of direc reports.Youll work directly with our CEO, CRO, Growth Marketing Lead and co-founders to bring consistency and scale to our top-of-funnel motion.Please note that this position will require 3 days a week in our central London office. While we appreciate the flexibility that remote work brings, we believe in-person work will accelerate learnings and enable us to crystallise our culture and build an iconic company faster.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Outbound ExecutionPersonally execute outbound campaigns across email, phone and LinkedInBuild and convert your own pipeline of high-fit mid-market prospectsWork with CRO and CEO to set up high-quality intro calls that convertLive CoachingShadow and coach our SDR to improve outbound execution and resultsRun call reviews and coaching sessionsGive real-time feedback that helps reps level up quicklyGTM System BuildingHelp design outbound systems including ICP briefs, sequences and playbooksSet up and optimize our tooling (Clay, Zapier, ChatGPT, Cognism)Test new channels and tactics, then scale what worksCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with CEO, CRO and Growth Lead to sharpen our GTM strategyFeed insights from the field back into product and marketingWork closely with the founders to turn outbound into a growth engineWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:2+ years of SDR work, consistently hitting quote and generating outbound pipeline in a SaaS startupExperience coaching or mentoring SDRs with a team-first mindsetComfortable using tools like Clay, ChatGPT, Hubspot, Cognism, SalesloftGritty and adaptable you make progress even when things are messy or unclearThink strategically but love to execute.Feedback-hungry and driven by growth, not just promotion interest in pursuing a long-term GTM career in the SaaS industry.(Optional) Have technical skills to build the GTM infrastructure alongside the CRO and CPO.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
